Welcome to D'Amore Bridal! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website and related services. By accessing our website, making a purchase, or engaging in any transaction with D'Amore Bridal, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms:
 

1. Acceptance of Terms: When you place an order with D'Amore Bridal, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions. A contract between you and D'Amore Bridal is confirmed once you receive an email with your order confirmation and tracking information upon dispatch of the goods.
    

2. Pricing and Availability: While we strive to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices on our website are accurate, there may be occasional errors. In case of such errors, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you have already paid for the products and choose to cancel, you will receive a full refund.
    

3. Order Processing and Shipping: We aim to process all orders within 2 working days, subject to credit clearance and address verification. All shipments are delivered through our trusted shipping partners. Please note that delivery times may vary based on factors beyond our control. All shipments are insured until the parcel is signed for, after which responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
    

4. Duties, Taxes, and VAT: Duties and Taxes are calculated based on your shipping destination. Applicable UK VAT will be applied to orders shipped to the EU and the UK, excluding the Channel Islands. For orders shipped outside the EU, the VAT will be deducted at the payment processing stage. International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis, making the customer responsible for any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination.
    

5. Returns and Exchanges: D'Amore Bridal accepts returns and exchange requests made within 14 days from when the order is received. Returns received after 14 days and up to 28 days may be accepted at the discretion of D'Amore Bridal for a store credit valid for one year. Returns received after 28 days will not be accepted. The products must be in new and unworn condition with all original packaging and garment tags attached. Please note that earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
    

6. Payment: We accept various payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro cards. All credit/debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. Payment is only debited from your card at the time of dispatch.
    

7. Liability and Indemnity: While we strive to provide accurate and reliable information, D'Amore Bridal and its representatives will not be liable for any loss or damage connected with your use of the website. By using our services, you agree to fully indemnify D'Amore Bridal and its representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these terms or your use of our website.
    

8. Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions, along with any order placed on our website, are governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.
    

9. General: D'Amore Bridal reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of our website after any modifications shall signify your agreement to be bound by the updated terms.
